We have been so blessed by the help that past workers, friends and family have given toward the creation of this farm. We strive to create a working environment that is, first and foremost, welcoming and affirming of each person, their lives, their needs and their passions. We seek to be flexible and attentive to all beings on the farm and to approach difficult conversations with curiosity and generosity.
